A welcoming, 30-minute yoga session designed for kids and families. This beginner-friendly class will focus on simple stretches, breathing, and balance — perfect for first-timers and all fitness levels. Come ready to move, play, and relax!

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (extras available if you don’t have one)

• Optional: blocks or straps (also available on site)

What to Wear:

• Comfortable, athletic clothing

• Bare feet preferred (socks are okay)

Who Can Attend:

• Open to youth and families

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
