Walk for Joy – Movement for Heart Health

Join SOMN for a 45-minute community walk celebrating movement as medicine for heart health and blood pressure management.

Research shows that just 30 minutes of daily walking can support healthy blood pressure by improving circulation, reducing stress hormones, and promoting cardiovascular wellness.

We will move at a pace that feels good for your body while building connection and community. All paces and abilities are welcome.
