Youth Intro to Boxing

Youth ages 8 and up are invited to a free introductory boxing session in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by coaches from Eaglestone Boxing Club, this beginner-friendly class will cover fundamental boxing techniques, footwork, and conditioning. The focus is on building confidence, discipline, coordination, and focus while staying active.
No experience is needed. Just bring energy and a positive attitude. Family and friends are welcome to attend and support.
