All caregivers and babies welcome! Come have this special time to bond with baby and explore movement and play. This is a space for babies to be babies (it’s okay to show up however you’re feeling!) and for caregivers to connect with others. The first 15 minutes is slow arrival and set up, we will move through some exercises for baby and for caregivers, usually have some play and music time and then the final 15 minutes will be for sharing, connecting, and getting packed up.
